Greatvine exists because of a simple, expensive problem: small businesses lose customers every single day to unanswered calls and messages. The owner is with a client, on a job, or asleep — and the customer who called or texted moves on to whoever answers first.

Big companies solved this years ago with call centers and enterprise software. Small businesses got voicemail boxes nobody leaves messages in, and "we'll reply within 24 hours" auto-responders that might as well say "go somewhere else."

Modern AI finally makes the big-company answer affordable for a barbershop, a salon, an HVAC crew, or a dental office: a receptionist that answers your phone in a natural voice, replies to every SMS, WhatsApp message, and website chat instantly, books appointments against your real availability, screens out scammers and telemarketers, and knows when to hand a conversation to a human. Every call and thread is logged and summarized so you always know what was said.
