Terms of Service

1. Agreement

Greatvineis a product of Fountainhead Operations LLC ("we," "us"). By using the Greatvine website or service you agree to these terms. Greatvine is currently offered as an early-access service; features may change as the product develops.

2. The service

Greatvineprovides AI-powered messaging assistants that respond to customer texts and chats on behalf of subscribing businesses, including appointment scheduling and conversation summaries. AI-generated responses may occasionally be inaccurate; subscribing businesses are responsible for reviewing their assistant's configuration and for the commitments made to their customers.

Greatvine for monday.com.Where the service is used through our monday.com marketplace app, we provision a US phone number for your account and outbound calling from monday boards, subject to the plan's included minutes. Subscriptions, trials, payment, renewal, and cancellation are handled by monday.com under its own terms; plan prices are shown on our marketplace listing. If your subscription lapses, calling is suspended and your number is held for 30 days before release; on uninstall, your workspace's data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy. Calls are subject to the acceptable-use rules below, including telemarketing and recording laws that apply to you.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to:

• send spam, unsolicited marketing, or messages without proper consent;
• violate telecommunications regulations (including TCPA and carrier rules) or any applicable law;
• transmit unlawful, deceptive, or harmful content;
• probe, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service.

We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

4. Messaging compliance

Subscribing businesses are responsible for obtaining customer consent for text messaging where required and for honoring opt-outs. Greatvine automatically honors STOP/HELP keywords on SMS conversations.

SMS conversations are initiated by the end user texting a business's published number. Reply STOP at any time to opt out and HELP for assistance. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Your data

Businesses own their customer conversation data. Our use of data is described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Greatvine is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
