Greatvine for Zoom

Greatvine is an AI receptionist for small businesses: it answers your calls and texts, and books appointments straight into your calendar. Connecting Zoom lets it attach a Zoom meeting link to every video appointment it books — the link is created on your Zoom account the moment a customer books, and it rides along in the booking confirmation email, the reminder emails, and the calendar event.

What the integration does

That is the whole surface: Greatvine never reads your existing meetings, recordings, contacts, or account settings.

Connecting Zoom

  1. Sign in to your Greatvine portal and open the Calendar page.
  2. Open the connections menu (the "Connect calendar" / "Synced" button in the header).
  3. Under Video meeting links, click Connectnext to Zoom and approve the authorization on Zoom's page.
  4. Select Zoom as your video meeting provider in the same menu.

From then on, any service whose location type is "video" gets a Zoom link automatically at booking time. Your free/busy times and booking events still live on your connected Google or Outlook calendar — Zoom is used only to host the meetings.

Disconnecting

In the same menu, click Disconnectnext to Zoom. Your stored Zoom tokens are deleted immediately and video bookings fall back to your calendar's own conferencing (Google Meet or Microsoft Teams). You can also revoke Greatvinefrom your Zoom account at any time under Zoom's installed apps.

Data handling

We store your Zoom OAuth tokens encrypted at rest and use them only to create, update, and delete the meetings that belong to your bookings. We store the join link of each meeting with its appointment. We do not access recordings, transcripts, participants, chat, or any meeting the integration did not create. Details are in our privacy policy and terms of use.
